Meet Aaron Reynolds!

You've read his books -- Creepy Carrots!, Creepy Crayon!, Creepy Pair of Underwear!, and so many more.

Now you can join us on Saturday, November 15 in the Madden Auditorium (downstairs) at the Decatur Public Library for this fun presentation by hugely popular children's author Aaron Reynolds!

Author presentations: 9:30 a.m. OR 11:15 a.m.

Book signings: 10:30 a.m. OR 12:00 p.m.

The first 50 families in line at each presentation (9:30 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.) will receive a copy of either Creepy Carrot, Creepy Crayon, or Creepy Pair of Underwear. (One book per family.)

Thanks to the Friends of the Decatur Public Library and the Decatur Public Library Foundation for sponsoring this special event in honor of DPL's 150th anniversary.

Important information:

• We are expecting a big crowd! Check our Parking at DPL page for information on overflow parking in the city garage just across Main Street.
• Seating in the Madden Auditorium is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 300 people.
• After the Madden is full, seating will be available for a video feed of the program in an overflow upstairs in the Children's Auditorium.
• Book signings will take place upstairs in the Children's Area.
• Local bookstore Novel Ideas will be selling copies of Aaron Reynolds' books in the outer lobby of the Library.
