Decatur Public Library has convenient and competitively priced rooms available for small to large events.
Conveniently located in downtown Decatur, our meeting rooms are perfect for corporate meetings, clubs, presentations, and events!
Hours
With the exception of the Library Board room, meeting rooms are available during regular library hours from the time the library is open until 30 minutes prior to the library closing time. The Library Board room is available Monday through Friday from the time the library opens through 4:30 p.m.
Equipment
Our meeting room sound and projector systems are not MAC compatible unless you provide a Mini DisplayPort to VGA Video Adapter. If your IBM compatible computer does not have a VGA connector then you will need to provide an HDMI to VGA adapter.
Room Policies
Meeting rooms are available for public use, subject to the library’s policy for use of meeting rooms.
If food or beverages are served, the organization using the room is responsible for cleanup. A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if the room is not left clean.
