Teen Advisory Volunteer Open Meeting

These open meetings are for teens ages 14-18 to attend and participate in for volunteer hours! At these meetings you will learn what a Teen Advisor is and what they do in libraries and their communities. You will also have the opportunity to voice your ideas and opinions about the library's teen programming, materials, furniture/decor, etc. 

At the end of each meeting, you will have the opportunity to apply to be an official member of the Decatur Public Library Teen Advisory Board, which allows you to gain even more volunteer hours, boost your resume, provide you with leadership skills, and more!

If you are needing volunteer hours for school, please bring in the necessary paperwork. 

No registration required. Snacks will be provided.
